Altamura, a jewel set in the heart of Puglia and famous throughout Italy for its bread awarded the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) designation. In the  historic center, the cobblestone streets and stone houses transport us back in time to a time when the art of architecture was a tribute to craftsmanship and a love of tradition.This is where we focus our intervention: the  basole of the main streets, some cloisters and squares of the old city are made of  Apricena stone with an air-drill picketed finish that echoes the aesthetics of ancient hammer and chisel work.
